The name is Mold and Plastic Products Co. LTD, which is a manufacturer of plastic injection mold and plastic parts. Established in 1997 by rich experienced CNC engineers. Covering a workplace area of 2000 square meters, with 60 professional engineers and technicians.
We have the following precision equipment: 3 CNC, 6 EDM, 4 Wire-Cut, 8 Injection machine, 13 Milling machine, 2 Grinding machine and so on.
We have adopted the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, being used process software. Adopting numerical control equipment such as CNC and E.D.M, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality to meet customer's different demands.
We not only design and make molds, but also have a molding department with 8 sets of plastic injection machines, its size are between 80 T and 220 T. We have made some plastic parts, such as computer parts, electronics parts, medical device parts, etc.we are very skilled in such materials: ABS, PP, POM, NYLON, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, TPR, etc.
